Business Development Representative (BDR)

ABEX is seeking energetic and ambitious Business Development Representatives to join our fast-growing team! If you are passionate about communication, growth, and the startup ecosystem, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads to identify opportunities.

  • Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and business objectives.

  • Schedule product demos with our Sales Director/Founders.

  • Follow up with leads throughout the sales cycle, supporting the end-to-end closure process.

  • Utilize CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and SaaS automation to manage and optimize sales activities.

  • Work across multiple ABEX products, including abex.work, Hiringday.ai, Libingo.io, and Growth-Eagle.

What You’ll Learn

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure.

  • Learn how SaaS products are effectively sold to startups and enterprises.

  • Develop essential communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Build a strong foundation to advance into roles such as Sales Executive, Growth Leader, or Business Strategist.

Required Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate from any stream.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Curious, confident, and eager to learn.

  • No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
