Business Development Representative (BDR)

Key Responsibilities
Engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads to identify opportunities.
Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
Schedule product demos with our Sales Director/Founders.
Follow up with leads throughout the sales cycle, supporting the end-to-end closure process.
Utilize CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and SaaS automation to manage and optimize sales activities.
Work across multiple ABEX products, including abex.work, Hiringday.ai, Libingo.io, and Growth-Eagle.
What You’ll Learn
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
Learn how SaaS products are effectively sold to startups and enterprises.
Develop essential communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Build a strong foundation to advance into roles such as Sales Executive, Growth Leader, or Business Strategist.
Required Qualifications
Fresh graduate from any stream.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Curious, confident, and eager to learn.
No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
