By accessing or using hiringday.ai, our website, services, and Chrome extension (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Accounts and Access

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are presented at checkout and may change with prior notice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at/refund-cancellation.

Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension integrates with third-party websites (e.g., LinkedIn) to help you source candidates. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms and policies when using the extension. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

User Content and Data

You may submit content (e.g., candidate data, job descriptions, notes) through the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms.
  • Scrape, harvest, or store data in a manner that infringes rights or exceeds permitted use.
  • Send unsolicited or unlawful communications or spam.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Intellectual Property

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the site or through other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which hiringday.ai is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
