Our platform offers subscription-based services to employers on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are collected in advance through secure third-party payment gateways.
Once a payment is successfully processed, your chosen subscription plan will be activated immediately, and full access to the service will be granted for the purchased period.
Refund Policy
All payments made to HiringDay.ai are non-refundable.
Since our services are subscription-based and digital in nature, refunds are not provided for:
- Partial usage or mid-term cancellations.
- Unused portions of a plan period.
- Downgrades or account deletions after payment.
We encourage customers to review our plans carefully before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your HiringDay.ai account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Upon cancellation:
- Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- The subscription will not auto-renew for the next cycle.
- No additional fees will be charged after cancellation.
Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In the rare case that a transaction fails but funds are deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded by your payment provider or bank within 7–10 working days.
